The PPP for Dentists is underwritten by Aspen American Insurance Company (AAIC), rated “A” (Excellent) by A.M. Best for financial stability. From Claims-Made and Occurrence forms to True Consent to Settle clause, our dental malpractice insurance program offers various features and benefits to fit your needs. The Program offers Disciplinary and Licensure Board Defense coverage up to full policy limit to cover the fees, costs and expenses to defend you against state regulatory action promoted by an otherwise covered injury or damage. Defense costs are included outside the limits of liability. The policy includes Cyber Liability, First Aid coverage, Vicarious Liability and coverage for your corporation. The PPP offers discounts for risk management, new dentists, part time dentists and packages. The free online risk management seminar provides a 10% discount on Dental Professional Liability premium and 4.5 CE credits.
